In this course you will acquire the skills and knowledge required to organise and plan your own work.

Patternmaking: Trace pattern from existing culotte pattern block 

Discussion: Workstation set up. Patternmaking terminology and definitions. Possible modifications to chosen patterns. Assembly plans and quality check lists. 

Activity: Research materials and trims. Draft up assembly plan. 

Begin Cluster 2 Assessment Task 1 Culotte Project 
 

Production: Lay up fabric and cut toile 

Discussion: Spec Sheets – what are they used for and information that should be included
