Course Description
This course allows students to correctly operate word processing applications and perform basic operations. Classes will cover the creation and formatting of documents, creating tables and mail merge.
This course is co-delivered with ICAU3126A and ICAB4060A.

Students are to develop a portfolio of documents, which will include ten (10) examples of their work.

To demonstrate competency in this course you will need to complete the following pieces of assessment to a satisfactory standard. You will receive feedback on all assessment.

Portfolio Exercises 1 and 2 – Business Documentation 15%
Students are to incorporate student learning of business documentation and ergonomic principles and practices. Due Week 4
