Course Description
This unit of competency describes the knowledge and skills required to practise as a nursing professional with clients across the lifespan in a range of health care environments, such as acute care, community care, mental health, aged care, medical/surgical.

Assignment will be handed out at the commencement of the course, for completion once all the hours have been delivered.
The assignment will represent 100% of the required marks.
Observation and assessment of clinical competencies will be ongoing during clinical placements.
To achieve competency assignment must be completed by due date and related clinical competencies achieved.
