Course Description

This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required for workers to comply with infection control policies and procedures. All procedures must be carried out in accordance with current infection control guidelines, Australian and New Zealand Standards for maintaining infection control and the policies and procedures of the organisation

Assessment Matrix

Online assessment tasks required during delivery and on completion.
The online assessment tasks will represent 100% of the required marks.
Observation and assessment of clinical competencies will be ongoing during clinical placements.
To achieve competency assignment must be completed by due date and related clinical competencies achieved

Students will be given assignment and grading guide at the commencement of the course.
