Course Description
This course describes the skills and knowledge required to respond effectively to difficult or challenging behaviour of clients and others. This course is contextualised to reflect requirements, issues and practices specific to allied health workplaces.

Overview of Assessment
The assessment will involve preparing project of case studies based on clinical placement and observation in the clinical placements with questioning to address appropriate application of knowledge.
Assessment Tasks
The students will be assessed using workplace documentation, topic discussions, role plays and case studies.These tasks will be completed during the workshops held during this course.The details about the assessment tasks, assessment matrix and teaching schedule will be available through RMIT Learning hub.
