Course Description
This course covers the skills and knowledge required to employ lighting techniques to a range of subjects in different workspaces. You become familiar with lighting requirements and the techniques used to meet these requirements. You also look at the selection of equipment needed sfor different lighting techniques.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment for this course is ongoing throughout the semester. Your knowledge and understanding of course content is assessed through participation in practical exercises and through the application of learned skills and insights to your photography assignments in Food, Portrait, Fashion, Lighting
Assessment Tasks
Assessment tasks in this course are either formtive or summative.
Formative tasks provide the basis for ongoing feedback and can be cosidered as essential building blocks for the more substantial summative asseesment tasks. Summative assessment tasks in this unit are graded.

To demonstrate competency in this course, you will need to complete each one of the following pieces of assessment to a satisfactory standard.
