This course provides you with a well rounded introduction to a computer, focusing on both the hardware and software to enable you to troubleshoot and build computer systems

Overview of Assessment
You will be required to complete 2 areas of assessment. The first assessment is an online exam to be completed through the Cisco Networking Academy. The second, will be a series of practical demonstrations to show your understanding in the areas outlined in the competency.
Assessment Tasks
IT Essentials online Exam
As part of completeing this competency, you will be required to achieve a score of at least 70% in the IT Essentals online exam. This will be completed through the Cisco Networking academy.
