Learning activities will include a simulated work environment in which the students will learn the required skills and knowledge in:
1. Setting up a work area (as specified) and following safety procedures.
2. Creation of range efficient markers for different fabric types.
3. Checking cutting orders and fabrics in preparation for cutting.
4. Laying up a simple lay plan for prototypes.
