Course Description
This unit addresses the management of projects including the development of a project plan, administering and monitoring the project, finalising the project and reviewing the project to identify lessons learnt for application to future projects.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course you will have acquired the skills and knowledge to be able to define a project and develop a plan to administer and monitor the project through it’s timeline and when complete finalise and review it.
Overview of Assessment
A person who demonstrates competency in this standard must be able to provide evidence that they have the skills to successfully manage projects. This evidence will cover the application of project management skills and the meeting of timelines, quality standards, budgetary limits and other requirements. Assessment will be done by the submission of a portfolio indicating competency in work undertaken and application of theory to this work.
