Course Description
In this course you will be required to produce media photo images for newspaper and magazine editors.

To demonstrate competency in this course you will need to complete the following assessments to a satisfactory standard.
You will receive feedback on all assessments and where indicated, you will receive a grade. Graded assessment tasks are equally weighted and will determine your final result for this course.
Assessment Task 1 Due Week 2 - Ungraded.
Major newsworthy photograph
After assessment brief you are to research and submit a minimum of 6 images sourced from web, magazine and discussion with your teacher and stylist.
Execute location shoot during class in the prescribed manner.
Assessment Task 2 Due Week 5 - Graded.
Editorial architectural/urban [feature spread 3 pgs]
After assessment brief you are to research and submit a minimum of 6 images sourced from web, magazine and discussion with your teacher and stylist.
Execute location shoot during class in the prescribed manner.
Assessment Task 3a - progress ungraded
Minimum of 10 proposed images for your documentary project.
Assessment Task 3b - progress ungraded
Minimum of 25-35 proposed images for your documentary project
Assessment Task 3c Due - Graded in class.
