Course Description

This course will give you the skills and knowledge required to facilitate all aspects of teamwork within an organisatoin or a work place situation. It involves learning how to take a leadership role in the development of team plans, leading and facilitating teamwork and actively engaging with the management of the organisation.

This unit is taught and assessed with CUAPPM501 Manage small-scale live productions and BSBWHS501A Ensure a safe workplace.
