Course Description

In this course you will develop the skills and knowledge required to develop a structured approach to workplace practice.  This includes contributing to the planning of diversity policies and procedures and implementing support processes to manage the stress and emotional well-being of self or colleagues. You will also be focusing on how to evaluate and enhance your own work practice through processes of reflection and ongoing professional development.

This course addresses the following units of competency;

  • CHCDIV003 Manage and promote diversity
  • CHCMGT005 Facilitate workplace debriefing and support processes
  • CHCPRP003 Reflect on and improve own professional practice

These units are clustered for delivery but assessed separately.
