Course Description
This course describes the skills and knowledge required to evaluate and promote diversity in the workplace, and to contribute to the planning of diversity policies and procedures. It is delivered as a cluster whose focus is on developing professional practice that promotes diversity, reflective practices, self-care, and debriefing and support processes.
This course applies to individuals working in any type of leadership role across all industry sectors.
This course is delivered with the following two (2) courses in a cluster:-
- CHCMGT005 Facilitate workplace debriefing and support processes
- CHCPRP003 Reflect on and improve own professional practice
The units are assessed separately.
