Course Description
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to contribute to the creation of an organisation development plan, which ensures that the organisation will become more effective over time in achieving its goals.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment tasks include preparing a series of research projects in the form of technical or artistic tutorials. Students work in teams to produce 2D animation, 3D animation, Compositing/Visual Effects or Interactive/Web/Games tutorials to be accessed throughout the year

NB: Ungraded tasks provide the basis for ongoing feedback and can be considered as essential building blocks for a final (graded) assessment task
To demonstrate competency in this course, you will need to complete each of the following pieces of assessment to a satisfactory standard. You will receive verbal feedback on all assessment from either your teacher or peer (student) feedback
NB: Both Formative and Summative assessments are COMPULSORY
Formative Assessment tasks (Details in specific assignment briefs)
Assessment task 1: 3D animation research presentations, plans and reviews. Present an HTML, PDF or video tutorial detailing a specific technical or artistic 3D animation technique. Include planning and review documents. Due Week 4 Feb 27
Assessment task 2: Compositing/VFX animation research presentations, plans and reviews. Present an HTML, PDF or video tutorial detailing a specific technical or artistic 3D animation technique. Include planning and review documents. Due Week 8 Mar 26.
Assessment task 3: 2D animation research presentations, plans and reviews. Present an HTML, PDF or video tutorial detailing a specific technical or artistic 2D animation technique. Include planning and review documents. Due Week 12 Apr 30
Assessment task 4: Web/Games research presentations, plans and reviews. Present an HTML, PDF or video tutorial detailing a specific technical or artistic 3D animation technique. Include planning and review documents. Due Week 16 May 28
