Course Description

This module covers the strategies required to be an effective language learner. It includes preparing and documenting a learning plan,effective participation in formal learning environments and strategies for independent learning.

Details of Learning Activities

• Classroom delivery includes a mixture of whole class, group work, and individual activities. Wherever appropriate, staff will use interactive computer programs, role-plays, and simulated and real life practical activities.

• Listening activities may use a variety of live, audio and audiovisual sources to allow exposure to a range of spoken English.
