Course Description
This course describes the skills and knowledge required to use techniques for image processing. In the course you familiarize yourself with specialised equipment and techniques used for making photo work-print images.
Current photoimaging industry practice relies increasingly on digital imaging processes and this is reflected in your training and assessment

Overview of Assessment
Assessment for this course is ongoing throughout the semester. Your knowledge of course content is assessed through participation in class tutorial exercises and class discussions and through research of various applications of innovative imaging techniques. You will also be required to demonstrate your skills and knowledge through the production of proof sheets, work prints and digital files.
