Course Description

This course illustrates the skills and knowledge required to work effectively in a health setting with clients, staff, visitors, suppliers and others to meet established work requirements.

Teaching Schedule

The delivery design of this course allows this module to be delivered as face to face class for two sessions of 3 hours each on 6th Feb., and 13th Feb. In case of any changes, the information will be available through blackbiard.

Overview of Assessment

Assessment will be completing case studies and responding to  different activities to  address appropriate application of knowledge for this course.


Assessment Tasks

The assessment will be competency based. You will need to be competent in all assessment tasks to be deemed competent in the course.

The assessment tasks will include class room activities and two assignments that will test the underpinning knowledge required for this competency. The details about the assessments and their submission dates are available to students through blackboard.
