Course Description
Being able to work safely is a critical aspect of providing technical services and working on live productions. This course prepares you to work safely in a range of employment conditions and you will learn how the mandatory requirements for health and safety apply to various electrotechnology work functions. It also covers risk management processes and adherence to safety practices as part of the normal way of doing work.

- UEENEEP026A Conduct in-service safety testing of electrical cord connected equipment and cord assemblies
- UEENEEP024A Attach cords and plugs to electrical equipment for connection to a single phase 230 Volt supply

Assessment for this course will involve demonstration of skills and knowledge through a series of practical tasks and a test of your knowledge of underpinning theory.
