Course Description

Determine and action network problem deals with the fundamental concepts of constructing and configuring a basic network. Once the network is established students will investigate the cycle of determining a network problem including how to deal with clients and create documentation. This incorporates some company policy and procedure. This course also looks at a listing of typical network problems and the recommended solutions.
This course is co-delivered with Optimise System Performance competency.
