Assessment Tasks

To demonstrate competency in this course, you need to complete each one of the following pieces
of assessment to a satisfactory standard.

You will develop an assessment tool that supports different assessment methods and addresses at
least three units of competency packaged at different Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)
levels. The tool must include the instruments for collecting evidence, reflect the principles of
assessment and the rules of evidence, and have the related instructions to assessor/s and candidates.
You also need to show how the contextual needs of different environments are addressed by the tool.
You will trial the tool and then report on the trial and review the tool, including possible proposed
changes to improve it.

Grades used in this unit are as follows:
CA Competency Achieved
NYC Not Yet Competent
DNS Did Not Submit For Assessment

For further information on the grading system and criteria used, please refer to the course site
at myRMIT Studies.

Assessment Matrix

The assessment matrix demonstrates how the assessment task(s) aligns with the relevant unit
of competency and will be made available in the first class or through myRMIT Studies.
