In this course you will gain the skills and knowledge required to research information about compliance and ethical practice responsibilities, and then develop and monitor policies and procedures to meet those responsibilities

Assessment two: Case study analysis to support legal and ethical compliance and record keeping requirements.

Assessment Tasks

Assessment one: Research, role play and video recorded presentation to demonstrate your knowledge and skills in developing policies and in managing compliance and relevant legislative requirements to address a Privacy Policy in a community based organisation

Assessment two: Case study analysis about legal compliance, organisational policies and procedures to support lagal and ethical compliance and record keeping requirements.

Assessment three: Quizzes located in Blackboard.

The questions may be in the following formats:

  • Fill the blank
  • True or false
  • Matching words or terms to their definitions

Log onto blackboard and complete each quiz.  You have unlimited attempts at each quiz until one week after the end of the unit.
