Course Description
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to assist with aspects of risk management in a project. It specifically involves planning for, controlling and reviewing risks associated with the project, and assisting in this process where required.

Details of Learning Activities
Delivery is online via Canvas with weekly teacher led topic discussions as scheduled.
Attendance in all scheduled lectures is expected for successful completion of this course.
Additionally students will engage in self-directed learning activities and assessments including:
- reviewing risk-management issues and case studies,
- researching project management documentation,
- identify tools for developing risk-management methods and strategies.
