Course Description

In this unit you will develop the skills and knowledge required to explore personal health issues and apply preventative measures to support personal health and wellbeing.

This unit contains employability skills.

Task 1: Project on being healthy

Task 2: Short answer questions- Healthy eating

Task 3: Role play
