Course Description

Program ManagerThis unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to process client requirements in relation to contract documentation, including drawings and specifications appropriate to residential and commercial construction projects. Knowledge of the construction planning process and the ability to obtain client information, accurately convey that information to those developing the contract documentation and complete the administration of the contract documentation process is essential.
