The Bachelor of Health, Physical Education and Sport (Secondary Education) consists of 31 courses. Students will normally complete the program in 4 years (3.5 accelerated) full-time or 8 years part-time.

LANTITE (Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education) is mandated by the Federal Governmentand and is administered by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). Students are permitted a maximum of three attempts.

Successful completion of LANTITE is a condition of registration with the VIT (Victorian Institute of Teaching). For more information please see  https://teacheredtest.acer.edu.au/.

Enforced Pre-requisites - It is a condition of enrolment at RMIT that you accept responsibility for ensuring that you have completed any enforced pre-requisites before enrolling into a course. The courses below are enforced pre-requisites and must be successfully completed before enrolling into some fourth year courses including the final placement course.

Students are strongly recommended to complete the LANTITE tests before the end of the second year of their program.
