2020 Enrolment Program Structure

This qualification requires the completion of 15 units - 5 core units and 10 elective units.

To enrol into this program you must have completed the Cert IV Laboratory Technician or equivalent. 

All courses listed may not be available each semester

Your class section will be:

LT20 

You must enrol into a total of 8 courses across the year. Out of the 8 courses, 3 must be core courses and 5 must be electives. 

 

The electives you choose is up to you and timetable availability. Please discuss with your coordinator before you enrol.  

 

If you would like to major in Biotechnology choose these courses:

BIOL5257C Apply electrophoretic techniques 

BIOL5256C Apply routine chromatographic techniques 

BIL5255C Perform tissue & cell culture techniques
