Program Learning Outcomes Statement

This program will provide you with the theory, skills and knowledge across a range of entrepreneurship and management theories dealing with complex issues in entrepreneurial processes,  global entrepreneurship, finance and regulatory environments, human resource management, family businesses and new venture creation. 

On the successful completion of this program you will be equipped to:

1. Multidisciplinary

  • Combine the core knowledge gained from your studies including a range of entrepreneurship and management theories to support lifelong learning in your chosen field of study.

2. Business Skills

  • Apply higher-order problem solving and critical analysis to business problems and contribute to business development. 

3. Knowledge Management & Research/Operations & Risk

  • Leverage knowledge into organizational competitive advantage to make evidence-based decisions in a timely manner.

4. People Skills

  • Provide leadership, facilitate effective communication and support teams in achieving identified goals and work with others in changing organizational roles.

5. Action Oriented

  • Apply principles of entrepreneurship, new venture creation and business development to make decisions.

  • Consider adversity as an opportunity, and respond proactively to trends in business environments.
