The Work Instructor Skill Set allows students to work under supervision and is suitable for people from across a range of industries wanting to deliver accredited or non-accredited training.
Students will attend a two-day intensive training (7 Hours Per day) which is tutorial based where students learn to collaborate in different contexts and participate in simulated activities. They will have two (2) weeks to complete the assessments. Once finalised, students can deliver training packages under supervision but cannot assess the students. During the 3-week period, students will have-
In Week 1: 2-day intensive face-to-face delivery
In Week 2 and Week 3: 2 x 3-hour online support workshops per week.
