Course Description
This Unit of Competency covers using computers and associated devices and office technology to achieve outcomes required in the workplace.
The office technology used will include Microsoft Office packages, Internet and email applications.

Assessment for competency in this course will require students to present a variety of in class exercises in MS Word (Introduction), MS PowerPoint (Introduction) & MS Excel (Introduction) throughout the course. The student must demonstrate an understanding of all elements of a competency to be deemed competent.
