Course Description

This course covers the competency to encourage others (colleagues or those supervised) in the workplace to comply with legislation. It includes assisting others to comply with legislative requirements, and taking action on non-compliance.


Pre-requisite Courses and Assumed Knowledge and Capabilities

No pre-requisite is required for this unit of competency, however this unit is part of an Industry based program, offered to trainee Court Registrars.
