Learning Outcomes

This course will provide the learner to develop the following knowledge & skills :
- Work Group Leadership, Teamwork and Morale Building Staff management:
     - describe the various leadership styles and their effect on an organisation
     - develop effective teamwork in the workplace
     - develop a strategy to promote high moral in the work group

- Planning and Problem Solving.
- Recruitment, Staff Selection and Induction Schemes.

     - deal with disputes, grievances and complaints
     - settle behavioural problems with counselling and discipline procedures
- Industrial Relations.
