Course Description

This unit covers review of marketing performance through analysis of customer requirements, existing features of products/services, and market demand to improve performance. It is co-assessed with BSBMKG504A Implement a marketing solution.


Pre-requisite Courses and Assumed Knowledge and Capabilities

Ideally, students will have completed the following courses prior to commencement of this course.
• Establish & Adjust the Marketing Mix (also known as The Marketing Concept)
• Develop a Marketing Communication Plan
