Course Description

The global supply chain contracting landscape is intricate, involving negotiations across cultures, legal systems, and economic conditions. It navigates challenges like geopolitical instability, fluctuating costs, and changing consumer preferences. Compliance with regulations, sustainability goals, and risk management are crucial amidst technological advancements and competition. This course equips learners to understand and manage these complexities, preparing them for critical procurement and supply chain contracting roles. It covers contract negotiation, establishment, and management through literature reviews, case studies, lectures, guest talks, workshops, and seminars. Participants gain skills in anticipating challenges and mitigating risks, emphasizing strategic foresight and operational flexibility for successful contract management.

On successful completion of this course you will be able to:
