Course Description
Provides an understanding of the theoretical and operational aspects of international trade. Provides specific logistics management expertise to compliment the finance and marketing functions in international trade.

Understand the principles of international trade and historical trends.
Learn about the major trading blocks and current import/export requirements.
Develop knowledge of export/import procedures. U

The subject is conducted primarily by lecture and tutorials.
Classes incorporate regular tutorials where students, working in small groups, prepare and present solutions to case studies from the class text.
Assessed assignments also form part of each student’s learning experience.
