Course Description
This course will set you up for a future in the advertising industry. You will participate in global competitions and work on industry briefs that will contribute to a portfolio ready for entry to industry. You will plan campaigns and brainstorm ideas to execute into well-crafted creative solutions across a range of media. You will develop ideas that are practical, experimental and innovative. You will reflect on the impact that developing technologies and globalisation have on your creative practice.

Overview of Assessment
You will be assessed on how well you meet the course’s learning outcomes and on your development against the program learning outcomes. Assessment may include essays, reports, reflective papers, creative projects and presentations, individually and in groups. Assessment will cover both theoretical and practical aspects of your learning.
Assessment Tasks
Assessment Task 1: Team Assignment – International competition 1, 30% CLO1, CLO3 and CLO4
Assessment Task 2: Team Assignment – International competition 2, 30%, CLO1, CLO3, CLO4
Assessment Task 3: Individual assignment - Studio Brief, 40% CLO1, CLO2, CLO3, CLO4
