Course Description

This course aims to empower students to confidently conceive, lead, and execute digital innovation initiatives, as well as develop new business models for both existing and emerging businesses.

You will develop proficiency in digital business strategy by analysing the commercial and customer aspects of product innovation in a competitive market. The course guides you in acquiring essential elements of product innovation and development, establishing a digital vision, setting objectives, and analysing key factors driving digital innovation in modern settings. Additionally, you will assess the practical applicability of digital technology based on relevant literature.

The course also provides exposure to the latest innovation tools, platforms, operating models, and product development strategies used by leading global digital corporations. Overall, it will provide you with a foundation to lead creative and diverse teams, fostering the development of inclusive and innovative products that contribute to organisational success and performance in the marketplace.
