Course Description

This course describes the skills and knowledge required to work respectfully with people from diverse social and cultural groups and situations, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.

This course applies to all workers.

Understanding organisational correspondence protocols and style guides

Maintaining privacy and confidentiality, and protecting copyright and intellectual property

  • Facilitating workplace meetings

 

Developing agendas and inviting participants to meetings
