Course Description
This course describes the knowledge and skills required to maintain the application of legal and ethical work practices by monitoring, coordinating and promoting their importance in providing community services and supporting duty of care requirements. This course is to be assessed in relation to the specific legal and ethical context of the work role/s and requirements to which it applies.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment for this course will consist of a written report, an online quiz and a written response to an ethical dilemma.
Assessment Tasks
For this course you will be required to complete the following assessment tasks:
Assessment Task 1 - Written Project: for this task you will need to write a report addressing the legislative requirements of a job role in the community services sector.
Assessment Task 2 - Online Quiz: for this task you will required to complete an online quiz on the most important legal terms and practice.
Assessment Task 3 - Case Scnario - Ethical Dilemma: for this task you will be required to analyse a case study presenting an ethical dilemma and respond to a set of questions.
