Course Description
In this course you will develop the skills and knowledge required to liaise and facilitate linkages between community services including specialist and generalist services in the community to ensure support of people in need.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment for this course will include class-based activities designed to support development of the knowledge and skills required to liaise and facilitate linkages between community services (including specialist and generalist services in the community). As the skills required for demonstrating competency in this course involve sharing information in different workplace contexts, students will be assessed through the following:
- Service provider questions template (1A) and promotional activity and class presentation (1B)
- Case study with questions (1A) and workplace evidence (1B)
Assessment Tasks
There are two assessment tasks for this course:
Service provider questions template (1A) and promotional activity and class presentation (1B). Due 26.06.201
- Complete Assessment Tasks 1A by recording responses onto Assessment 1A template - List current service providers your organisation currently utilises.
- Complete Assessment Task 1B by responding to promotional activity questions and participating in class presentation.
Case study with questions (1A) and workplace evidence (1B) Due 3.07.2015
- Complete Assessment task 2A by reading the Case Study and completing answers
- Complete Assessment Task 2B by providing the following evidence of workplace or voluntary work documentation :
