Course Description

This course describes the skills and knowledge required to develop communication protocols for a team or business unit.

This course applies to workers responsible for overseeing the communication of organisation-specific information to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Assessment Task 1 - Developing a Communication Strategy allows you to demonstrate your ability to develop workplace communication strategies and protocols.

Assessment Task 3 - Short Answer Questions allows you to demonstrate your knowledge of developing workplace communication strategies.
