Course Description
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to implement a business plan and modify operations as required.
It applies to individuals who operate a small business which stands alone, or is part of a department within a larger organisation. Individuals in this role are skilful communicators and interpret numerical data with ease.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

Business Plan: Due 14th June 2019 via turnitin within Canvas
You will be required to research a business concept, develop goals and strategies to reach these goals, review what you have designed, and present a final business plan with the highest possible chance of success. Each section of the business plan must relate back to business goals and objectives directly linked to the needs of your target audience
Peer review: Due 20th June 2019 via turnitin within Canvas
You will be required to conduct review of another student’s business plan offering recommendations on how to strengthen their business case linking all information back to your individual goals and objectives.
