Course Description

This course describes the skills and knowledge required to evaluate and enhance one's own practice through processes of reflection and ongoing professional development.

Learning Outcomes


On successful completion of this course you will have developed and applied the skills and knowledge required to demonstrate competency in the above elements. This will include practices of reflection, and a good understanding of supervisory practices.
