Course Description
This unit deals with the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes that underpin the use of fluoride and chemotherapeutic agents in dentistry as both therapeutic and preventive treatment measures.
It includes the design, delivery and evaluation of customized fluoride programs and/or chemotherapeutic agents that promote oral health and control dental disease on an ongoing basis.
