Course Description
This course describes the skills and knowledge required to provide basic assistance to an allied health professional in different settings.

Teaching Schedule

Overview of Assessment
Assessment will be based on class presentation, case studies and an assignment to address appropriate application of knowledge.
Assessment Tasks
The assessment tasks will include a class presentation that will assess the students for their skills and knowledge required for this course.The presentation details are listed on the RMIT learning hub.
The assessment will be held on the date mentioned on the timetable.
Another assessment for this course will be based on the clinical placement case study. The details of that assessment are in the " Student Clinical Journal and assessment" booklet. This assessment needs to be submitted at the end of clinical placement.
