Course Description
This course describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty. The course applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

This course is delivered over one day and requires you to be here from 9am - 5 pm.

Assessment Tasks
The assessment tasks for this course will both be conducted within in the class.
The assessments will be conducted at the end of the teaching day and will demonstrate your competency in this area, and is based on your learning from participation within the class.
The practical demonstration assessment tasks will include:
• CPR
• bandaging
