Course Description
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage the digital workflow from concept stage to completion and delivery. It focuses on the management of a digital workflow that could include customer service, job generation, printing, finishing and dispatch. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
