1. Practical Skills Sessions (practice attendance and skills assessment)
• Requires 100% attendance practice attendance session
• Required 100% attendance for one (1) of the skills assessment session
• Competency gained for all four (4) Skills Competency Sheets
• Verbal challenges may also be included to determine competency
2. Online Quiz x 1
• Requires 100% correctly answered for all quiz topics
• All questions will be presented in random order
• Maximum of three (3) attempts (60 minutes per attempt)
• Quiz No. 1 MUST be successfully completed
3. First Aid Workbook – Satisfactory/Not yet Satisfactory
• Completed
