Course Description
In the course you will gain the skills and knowledge required to manage the deployment and administration of enterprise communication solutions. It includes email and remote access email, web portal or content management solution, and enterprise collaboration tools.

Details of Learning Activities
In this Course you will work on advanced level Networking concepts and systems. You will be performing Lab exercises by yourself with guidance and some assistance. Key concepts will be explained is lectures, classes or online, where syllabus material will be presented and the subject matter will be illustrated with demonstrations and examples; Your class Teacher may be able to assist with guidance for any technical issue, but you will need to perform research for technical troubleshooting and devise feasible solutions.
Tutorials and/or labs and/or group discussions (including online forums) focused on projects and problem solving will provide practice in the application of theory and procedures, allow exploration of concepts with teaching staff and other students, and give feedback on your progress and understanding;
Assignments, as described in Overview of Assessment (below), requiring an integrated understanding of the subject matter; and
Private study, working through the course as presented in classes and learning materials, and gaining practice at solving conceptual and technical problems.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment for this course is ongoing throughout the semester. Your knowledge and understanding of course content is assessed through participation in class exercises, oral presentations and through the application of learned skills and insights to your written tasks. Full assessment briefs will be provided and can be found on CANVAS
Assessment Tasks
This course has no hurdle requirements. There is no grade or marking for this course. Student is required to response satisfactorily to all Assessment Tasks to receive Competency Grade for the Course.
There is a series of Lab Exercises to complete for this course. The Lab Exercise documents will serve the purpose as Guideline only. You will be require to perform further online research on the Study Topics ie. Google search, Youtube Video Tutorials, LinkedIn Learning Tutorials, Vendor Websites, Online Forums, Discuss and Consult with peers and your Class Teacher etc.
You are required to demonstrate completed lab exercises to your Class Teacher for assessment. You are not required to complete all Lab Exercises of the Week in one seating. You may continue and complete the Labs in progressive manner. You must complete and demonstrate all Lab Exercises by the end of the semester.
