Assessment for this course is ongoing throughout the semester. Your knowledge and understanding of course content is assessed through participation in class exercises, oral/written presentations and through the application of learned skills and insights. - Draft project human resources (HR) plan
- Email to Project Sponsor and department managers
AT2: Identify the Project Human Resources and Activities (Project A, Website Design - 3D Pot Making Venture)
You are required to complete the following:
- Complete a draft Project Human Resources Plan using the CBSA template to plan human resources required for a project. The template provides guidance on the information required to be communicated to others.
AT3A: Prepare for and Facilitate a Training Session for Project Team Members
- Facilitating planning notes (to be submitted after the training and development session)
- Feedback forms
AT3B: Measuring Performance of Project Team Members
- Documented process of measuring individual team members and team performance against agreed criteria
AT3C: Internal and External Influences on the Project
- Short report

- There is no submission requirement, as the assessor will observe your behaviours and responses.
