Course Description
This unit of competency sets out the knowledge and skills required to plan implement, and apply a preventative maintenance program for an engineering workplace. This includes planning the maintenance task according to already established procedures, taking appropriate measures to set up the operational conditions for implementing the task and finally coordinate and carry out the preventative maintenance work.
